We use DHL EXPRESS to send most of our GCC and International orders. For local deliveries inside Kuwait we use RDC courier.
We charge a standard cost for all local deliveries inside Kuwait = 2.000 kwd for normal delivery service which will take up to 48 working hours, while for expedite delivery we charge more 0.500 fils for faster delivery service .
For GCC and International orders, shipping cost will be available along with the order weight in KG in your shopping cart so you can check and approve it before proceed to payment page.
Usually we don’t, but if you asked for a expedite delivery through whatsaap, we will do the best to help you on that. Kindly note that extra charge 0.500 Fils will be applied.
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
